Dr. Phillip Ehrenstein has served as Head Club Doctor for Bayer 04 Leverkusen since 2015. Previously, he was the Chief Doctor at Fortuna Düsseldorf and the ice hockey team Düsseldorfer EG. Dr. Ehrenstein is also the owner of OrthoPro clinic in Düsseldorf, specicalizing in conservative sports trauma and orthopedic treatment, as well as the Head of Sports Clinic Uerdingen. He is a specialist for ligamental reconstruction of the knee (ACL, PCL, peripheral instabilities), knee osteotomy, sports trauma surgery and shoulder surgery.
